Introduction

Socialic subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled.

Free Trial

If your subscription includes a free trial, no charges will be made during the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is considered final and standard refund terms apply.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be processed via Paddle.

Paddle Payments

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle’s own refund and dispute policies may also apply. Please refer to Paddle’s terms for additional information regarding payment processing and dispute resolution.

Socialic is a product of Skalafy (Pvt) Limited. Payments and billing are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.
