Creating a Single Post

Creating & Scheduling Content

Go to Content Creator in the sidebar. You need at least one connected channel to use it — if you have none yet, see Connecting Social Channels first.

Step 1 — Select Channels: pick every channel you want this post to go out on. Write a caption and add media (images/video) that applies to all of them by default, plus a thumbnail where relevant. Selecting a YouTube channel requires video media; selecting TikTok requires either a video or 1-5 images.

If you selected only one channel, the schedule controls and Publish button appear right away at the bottom of this step — you can schedule without going any further.

If you selected more than one channel, click Next to move to Step 2 — Customize Each Channel: every selected channel gets its own collapsible section where you can override the caption and media just for that platform, set platform-specific fields (for example a Pinterest board, YouTube visibility/category, or TikTok privacy and duet/stitch/comment settings and commercial-content disclosure), and see a live preview of how the post will look on that platform. A section is flagged with a warning icon if a required platform-specific field is still missing.

Scheduling: choose a timezone, then either pick a specific date and time, toggle “Publish Now” to post immediately, or toggle “Next Time Slot” to automatically use the earliest available recurring time slot for the selected channel(s) (see Using the Timeslot Planner).

Click Publish/Schedule. Once it succeeds you can choose to create another post, or jump straight to the Calendar or Content Manager to see it.
