Using the Content Manager

Managing Scheduled & Published Content

Go to Content Manager in the sidebar for a table view of every scheduled, published, and failed post across all your channels.

Use the search box, date range picker, status filter, and sort dropdown (Publish Soon, Publish Later, Newest, Oldest) to narrow the list, and Refresh to pull the latest state.

Each row shows the thumbnail, content, channel, scheduled time, status, and engagement (views/reach for published posts), plus an actions menu with: view the original post on its platform, manage its comments, publish/share it to more channels (Cross-Publish), retry a failed post, reschedule, edit, pause, or delete it. As on the Calendar, Instagram posts can only be deleted directly on Instagram, not from Socialic.

Posts created together through Bulk Creator are shown grouped, and you can expand a group to see its individual posts.

Select multiple rows with the checkboxes to pause or delete them together using the bulk actions button.
