Publishing a Post to More Channels

Creating & Scheduling Content

From a published post’s details (open it from the Calendar or Content Manager), choose “Publish to More Channels”. This opens Content Creator pre-filled with that post’s caption and media.

The original post’s media cannot be added to or removed here — it is locked to keep the cross-publish copy consistent with the source post. You can still change the caption per channel and pick different or additional channels to publish to.

From here on it works exactly like creating a new post: select channels, customize each one in Step 2 if you selected more than one, and schedule it (specific date/time, Publish Now, or Next Time Slot).

On success you are taken straight to the Content Manager rather than being asked whether to create another post.
